Three Things Parents Shouldn't Do In An IEP Meeting

One of the things I stress the most to my clients as an advocate is that IEP meetings are a partnership. We will not come unprepared, be aggressive, or threaten the team.

Being strategic wins! Working together as a team gives the child the advantage. It’s okay to disagree, hold the team accountable, and ask for documentation, but doing everything in love is the key.
